With Solar Panels, Solar Roof, Powerwall, and home charging products working together in the residential ecosystem. The Product Growth team is the ‘voice of the customer’ and is responsible for the Owner and Installer experience and sales/installer growth.

Product Roadmap: Manage a roadmap of features and hardware changes in key areas, minimizing the number of support touchpoints for customers and improving the quality of support provided to customers and installers. This includes writing technical specifications for engineering teams, managing the schedule and performing user acceptance testing

Own an experience metric: Be responsible for key metrics such is installer contact rate, average handle time and installer satisfaction on the product scorecard which will guide business priorities

Drive Cross Functional Alignment: Work across engineering teams to deliver value in the form of new features and improved experiences

Land the Launch: Ensure that the impact of software changes is being realized by all stakeholders by delivering training, measuring, gathering feedback, and providing visibility for engineering teams

Technical understanding of energy products such Solar Inverters, Battery Storage and Vehicle Charging

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline

A familiarity with data products and analytics, Python, SQL or similar

Be able to demonstrate a ‘customer first’ mentality and empathy with owners and installers

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
