Digital Marketing & Sales Associate [Greece]


 

Basic Information

We are actively seeking a “Digital Marketing & Sales Associate” with an entrepreneurial and result-focused mindset, to support the Business Development Team in its efforts to drive growth.



Responsibilities

  • Applying Lead Generation tactics, using various channels and tools such as Apollo/Zoominfo, LinkedIn, email marketing, or any other online and offline tool
  • Understanding the current needs of industries, personas, and markets to target and positively impact campaign responsiveness and conversion rates
  • Collating and maintaining client information, contracts, meeting notes, and reminders in our CRM database (Hubspot)
  • Assisting with drafting business proposals, sales pitches/playbooks, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
  • Generating and evaluating leads, emailing and cold calling prospects to expand sales pipeline streams to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives
  • Creating content for social media and promoting our services through social networks
  • Providing feedback on customer pains, needs, and overall areas of improvement while reporting on KPIs
  • Keeping abreast of trends and changes in the digital transformation world

Basic Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing & sales or business development, preferably within a startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • Experience in marketing technology, analytics, and automation platforms, e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio
  • Experience in Worpress and Apollo would be a plus
  • An entrepreneurial mentality of getting things done on time and being consistently on top of things by following up with customers
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • High level of discipline and strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively
  • Result-driven set and focused on closing deals to accelerate business growth
  • MSc in Business Administration will be considered a plus
