A typical day in this role includes:

  • Managing the regional Steering Committee Group (STC), made up of commercial directors of A.S Watson Group.
  • Designing, coordinating, and organising Steering Committee meeting agendas.
  • Ensuring the delivery of WIN supplier services throughout Europe.
  • Maintaining and optimising relationships with Branded Goods suppliers.
  • Working with eLab and DataLab to develop regional programmes of cooperation on eCommerce and data sharing with key supplier partners.
  • Monitoring sales and customer data and reporting clearly and timely following the reporting guidelines.
  • Developing new initiatives to increase supplier income for Branded Goods in Europe.
  • Organising and coordinating Steering Committee European Conference call agendas and capturing detailed minutes.

What you’ll need:

  • University graduate with commercial background and strong interpersonal skills.
  • 10+ years’ experience FMCG industry with solid knowledge of commercial operations.
  • Experienced, hands-on project management skills.
