We are currently seeking an exceptional Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in key projects that will help support us and continue our fast paced growth plans in the residential housing market.
This role will be our second remote hire in our Manila office and due to this the ideal candidate must be a self starter and have proven experience in working in an outsourced operation model ideally providing adminstrative support to businesses or clients on a global scale
Responsibilities and Required Skills
- Five years experience in a similar type role
- Organisation and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail
- Data management
- Ability to use your own initiative and be proactive
- High level of computer literacy and intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to put together a professional presentation
- Ability to work well on a team
- Understanding of Australian building industry (ideal) or experience working within the construction industry supporting global clients
