Responsibilities:
Assist in books, records filings and provide admin support to office staffs
Coordinate calendars, meetings,
Greet visitors, clients and prepare teas
Maintain office supplies, cleanliness and daily operations
Assist in various projects coordination
Assist in administrative tasks and operations needs
Requirements:
F.3 or above
Minimum 2 years work experience as office assistance
Administration experience for shop is an advantage
Able to work independently, proactively and highly organised
Proficient in MS Office, Chinese typing
Detail-oriented, good interpersonal & communication skills
Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
