THE POSITION
We are looking for a Medical Representative to join our KSA sales team, based in Riyadh.
The successful incumbent will effectively represent and promote Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) Diabetes products to existing and potential customers, and MOH, by presenting how BI products benefits their patients and thus increasing the market share.
The position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Sales planning
- Builds and executes an effective Sales Action Plan with the objective of maximizing BI business in assigned accounts
2. Sales execution
- Works closely with Field / Regional Sales Manager in executing an effective Sales Action Plan with the objective of
- Plans and schedules daily visits with existing and potential customers to deliver BI’s assigned core product message
- Precise & full understanding and utilization of medical knowledge about therapeutic area and related products.
3. Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong and long partnership with all Key stakeholders and Ensure their full awareness of BI product benefits to the
- Propose customized partnership programs for both prescriber and payers that need to build the productive business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical sciences
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Saudi Market
- Experience with MOH is preferable.
- Diabetes experience is a plus
- Must be a Saudi national
- Business fluent in English and Arabic
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
