Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of Human Resources functions including monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21 tax clearance, income tax reporting, training and development, employee relation, and performance management.
- Provide support in the recruitment and selection process including arranging for interviews and staff orientation.
- Liaise with government bodies CPF Board, MOH, and MOM (Work permit, S-pass, and Employment Pass application matters).
- Administration of workmen's compensation, MOM reporting, insurance claim, etc
- Handle dormitory and administration and attend to MOM Routine Inspections and Requests.
- Maintain all employee data and updating of information changes.
- Responsible for payroll processing.
- Responsible for annual budget preparation for manpower planning and personnel cost and HR-related budget, working closely with the Finance team.
- Administrative duties, data entry and filing of documents.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management.
- A minimum of 3 years of human resource management experience is required for this position.
- Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Need to deal with all issues of foreign workers.
