We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office & Internal Operations Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring our office operates efficiently and effectively. Your mission will be to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, with a focus on high levels of organizational effectiveness, seamless communication, and safety. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing both administrative and operational aspects of a busy office.


Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and process invoices, overseeing office budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between team members, suppliers, clients, facility management vendors, and external partners.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal procedures and office administrative systems.
  • Ensure the company’s health and safety policies are current and rigorously followed.
  • Provide support to internal HR and finance functions, contributing to the smooth operation of these critical areas.
  • Plan and coordinate in-house or off-site activities, including parties, celebrations, and corporate events, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Basic Requirements

  • Proven experience in Office Management or a related field
  • Good knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and proficiency in using office machines like fax machines and printers
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively
  • Keen attention to detail, with a proven track record of maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude, with a capacity for proactive operational challenge resolution

Good to Have

  • Experience with Softone ERP software
  • Background in financial management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a relevant field
