We are looking for a "Merchandiser" for HTL UK customer.
Job Descriptions
Follow up the developments with customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
Arrange sample submissions to customers for approval
Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements
Maintain strong business relationships with customer for product development and production
Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Support internal merchandising team on raw material seasonal development & fabric commitment consolidation
Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process
Monitor the shipment and logistic
Work closely with the colleagues in different locations on quotation and follow-up
Merchandising, Production Control and Order follow-up
Set up and run a central fabrics library
Based on seasonal concepts and theme to recommend fabrics collection to designer/customers
Understand the customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy
Requirements
Experience in knit product category especially in UK Market
Diploma or Above in related field
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Merchandising Area
Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines
Good command of written and spoken English
Experience with costing is essential for accurately pricing goods for the upcoming season and effectively negotiating with the customer.
Literate in Microsoft office programs
