- Lead Generation and Qualification: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to generate B2B and B2C leads. Qualify leads based on their language learning needs and preferences.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique benefits of our Portuguese language courses. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs of both individual learners and corporate clients.
- Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative selling to understand the client's language learning goals and recommend suitable courses and programs. Provide accurate information about our curriculum, instructors, and the overall learning experience.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking leads through the entire sales process. Effectively use CRM tools to update customer information, record interactions, and monitor progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve sales processes and share best practices.
- Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and other key metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing the sales strategy.
Perfil ideal
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the education or language learning industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
