Job Description
Preparation of AWs in accordance with the OFEs given by the sample team,- Making ready sample orders suitable for printing and complying with the SOPs given in this regard,
- Preparing the designs of the orders given by the Production Planning Officers in line with the information on the manuals and leaflets,
- If a design is requested, send it to the relevant unit by e-mail, and take film printouts of the works that are not requested as pdf,
- To notify the Planning Manager about orders with missing information or conflicting information,
- To receive accurate film printouts of orders approved by sales coming from the Planning Manager,
- Filling out the graphic-related sections on the leaflet and having tracking read
- Checking the film outputs and matching them with the sheets and giving them to the HTL molding department,
- Writing down their work on the Graphic Tracking Form on a daily basis,
- Keeping track of consumables related to the film machine and alerting the stock control department when necessary,
- Supporting Weaving, PFL, Printing, HTL and Thermal departments when necessary,
- To follow up on assigned tasks regularly.
Qualifications
High school or equivalent school graduate.- Being able to provide easy business solutions, being positive, prone to working under intense work tempo, having good communication skills, and providing technical knowledge.
- Good communication skills and an analytical perspective.
- At least 3 years of experience in printing and graphics,
- Very good knowledge of the latest versions of FreeHand, Photoshop, QuarkXPress programs,
- Have design, research and development capabilities,
