HR Business Partner [Sweden]


 
Haglöfs is recruiting a HR Business Partner to our HQ in Alvik, Stockholm, Sweden.

The position is a permanent full-time position starting as soon as possible, according to agreement. You will report directly to the HR Manager and be part of a HR team including Payroll Specialist and Office Manager & Executive Assistant.

You will work closely with the HR Manager to support Haglöfs globally, on developing processes and initiatives that support us reaching the organization's business goals, as well as executing on all responsibilities within the HR area. You will be working both strategically and hands on, supporting the business with your HR expertise.

In this role, you will:
Oversee global HR areas, with a division of responsibilities between HR Business Partner and HR Manager
Provide dedicated support to line managers within your area, guiding them through all HR-related matters and supporting then with the entire employee life cycle for their teams
Take the lead on HR administration, reporting, system updates, and HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Serve as a super user for our newly implemented HR system, Simployer, monotoring the master data and proactively engaging in its activation, development, and advancement of HR processes
Making sure that our employee handbook is up to date with relevant information, ensuring relevance and clarity
Lead initiatives to develop and administrate the onboarding of new staff, ensuring a positive start to their journey with Haglöfs
Have main responsibility for administration and development of our recruitment process
Collaborate with work environment committees to champion a positive and thriving work environment

Collaborating closely with the HR Manager, you will:
Develop and lead HR practices and objectives that are aligned with Haglöfs company goals
Foster a positive work environment that's all about growth and collaboration
Energize and strengthen our organizational culture through value adding initiatives
Continuously develop and supervising of our performance management processes to drive high performance and motivation
Develop and monitor our compensation and benefits program with the aim to make it truly meaningful
Be the driving force behind our L&D agenda and dive into detailed evaluations of training needs and run impactful training programs
Lead collaboration with local unions, stepping up for negotiations when needed
Develop, oversee and execute on all areas within the yearly HR cycle such as salary reviews, engagement surveys and salary mapping

Skills & Requirements

To be considered for, and to thrive in this role you are/have:

A proven history of achieving goals, making positive changes and encouraging development with a positive mindset, understanding, and collaboration
Big-picture thinking – sees the whole picture and can plan strategically
Prestige less and ready to handle more hands-on HR tasks and administration
A genuine team player all the way, building trust-based relationships with everyone in the company
A great communicator, that gladly step in and takes on tasks that includes presentations and communication to larger groups
3-5 years’ experience from broad HR roles, preferably in a global setting
University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR
Experience from supporting managers in Warehouse, Retail, and global teams is a plus
Deep understanding of labour law and HR best practices
Fluent in both English and Swedish, oral and written
