Business Controller [Sweden]

 

Role:
We are looking for a junior Business Controller with 1-3 years of experience. To thrive and succeed in the role of a Business Controller, the candidate should be a self-motivated problem solver with strong collaborative skills. Analytical, structured, driven, and organized in their way of working, with the ability to see the big picture while also paying attention to details. Working in groups/teams should not be a problem for the individual, but they should also be accustomed to solving tasks independently and contributing improvement suggestions. The ideal candidate enjoys challenges and has a keen interest in financial reporting and follow-up.

Essential requirements:

• Experienced in Excel, enjoy learning new programs and tools. Like analyzing data to provide decision-making support and enhance understanding of the business.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Mercur, Tableau, and/or Power BI is advantageous.
• Previous experience in business controlling and/or customer business is advantageous.
• The candidate should have several years of work experience with documented good performance.
• You are also expected to be service-minded with good communication and presentation skills, combined with the ability to establish and develop relationships with colleagues across divisions and countries.
• Speaks Swedish and English.
