Wellbeing & Culture Manager (d/f/m), Kundl, Tyrol, Austria - part-time 23,5h

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- responsible to organize the Wellbeing strategy for Sandoz Austria through close cooperation with the local Management Board and internal Communication (HSE & Occupational Health)
- Implementing internal workshops and organizing workshops with external partners
- Preparation of an action plan in coordination with local management/division manager
- Associated budget responsibility
- Organization and implementation of events on campus
- Cross-departmental communication and coordination with division manager

In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning and development options as well as worldwide career opportunities. In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 60,212.18/year (on a full time basis). We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.

Essential:
- Advanced University or academic degree in health management, an expert role from the health sector or equivalent
- Fluent (oral and written) in English, German desired
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
- Profound experience in project management
- Experience within Human Resources or Health Management
- Analytical thinking, connecting the dots and creativity to deliver on assigned work
Desirable requirements:
- Expertise in organization dynamics and culture, ability to gain trust and confidence at all levels in the organization and project management experience
- Ability to work in a team and effectively in international, complex, and multifaceted environments with high social competence and a willingness to work flexibly
