Job Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop business strategies and plans aligned with the organization's long-term goals and objectives.
- Guide analytical efforts to support business teams in an unstructured environment, identifying insights to enhance decision-making.
- Oversee strategic planning processes, ensuring realistic and achievable goals.
- Develop a robust strategy to accelerate business growth by providing an actionable plan to acquire new customers beyond Evermos's current base.
- Create tools necessary for teams to operate effectively, including frameworks, reference materials, templates, and more.
- Lead P&L target setting, planning, and execution.
- Supervise core-business achievement.
- Lead strategies to maintain healthy financial and operational aspects of the business.
- Monitor team performance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Foster the team's development, enhancing skills and personal growth.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic business and operational roles.
- Profound understanding of business and strategy.
- Experience in roles demanding rigorous analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and effective communication of findings to management.
- Proficiency in team management, collaborating strategically across teams, building relationships, influencing management, and setting clear objectives and inspiring strategies for the team.
- Adaptability in fast-changing, ambiguous environments with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Familiarity with financial metrics.
- Sound understanding of P&L accountability.
