As a Front of House Wait Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Taking customer orders and assisting with menu recommendations
- Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest concerns
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role
- Knowledge of wines and the ability to make wine recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a strong dedication to guest satisfaction
