Overview:As an Education Counselor for Software Courses, your role is to guide and assist prospective students in making informed decisions about pursuing software-related courses and programs offered by the institution. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive information about course offerings, career prospects, and program details, as well as addressing any queries or concerns potential students may have.
Responsibilities:
Student Consultation:Engage with prospective students through various communication channels (phone, email, in-person, online chat) to understand their educational goals, interests, and requirements.
Provide accurate and detailed information about the software courses and programs offered by the institution.
Assess the suitability of different courses for individual students based on their academic background, career aspirations, and preferences.
Course Information Dissemination:Explain course curriculum, prerequisites, duration, specializations, and any potential pathways for further studies or career advancement.
Highlight the unique features and benefits of each software course, emphasizing how they align with the student's goals.
Career Guidance:Advise students on the potential career opportunities available after completing specific software courses.
Provide insights into the current job market trends, industry demands, and emerging technologies related to software development.
Admissions Process:Assist students in understanding the admissions process, including application requirements, deadlines, and necessary documentation.
Guide students through the application submission process and offer support with any required paperwork.
Financial Information:Provide information about tuition fees, scholarships, financial aid options, and payment plans available for the software courses.
Help students understand the cost implications of their chosen courses and explore funding opportunities.
Follow-Up:Maintain communication with prospective students throughout their decision-making process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Follow up on inquiries and application statuses, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for the student.
CRM and Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and information in the institution's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Generate reports and analyses on student inquiries, admissions conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Collaboration:Collaborate with marketing teams to create and update course-specific marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.
Work closely with academic advisors and faculty to stay updated on curriculum changes and program enhancements.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, counseling, marketing, communication, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of software development, IT industry trends, and programming languages is advantageous.
- Previous experience in education counseling, admissions, or sales is beneficial.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic data management.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational goals.

2. Follow-up with above prospecting lead/interested candidates who has visited
3. Properly articulate & demonstrate our offerings in respect to the course
4. Take complete practical tour or visit of the yellowka & all the facilities/amenities the student avail in the course period
Skills Required:
1. Should have Excellent Communication Skill
2. Should have Good Convincing/objection handling skills
3. Presentable Personality (as they will be at the front desk handling Admission Counseling )
4. Confidence is must
5. Presentable with good handling skills
Salary: Upto 3LPA to 5 LPA + Performance based Incentives
