Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Xingtu's global content ecological strategy, as well as the distribution strategy of image content under CapCut, TikTok and other video content ecology, jointly promote the evolution of CapCut to multiple content themes, and improve the content consumption experience of the platform For the strategic needs of content distribution scenarios such as recommendation/search, output a complete business plan and promote its implementation to continuously deepen user understanding and industry awareness of creative tools 3. Work closely with teams such as recommendation algorithms, data, technology, and operations to effectively coordinate resources from all parties to achieve business goals.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years experience in Internet strategy products, mature experience in content recommendation, search and other related products 2. Familiar with recommendation/search systems, have sufficient understanding of basic relevance, ranking strategies, and search/recommendation evaluation systems Creators/in-depth users of video consumption platforms are preferred 5. Possess a global vision, love for international business, overseas study experience, and fluent English are preferred.
