Training coordinator [Denmark]

Are you structured, self-motivated and able to set clear direction? Then you might be the new Training coordinator we are looking for!


The Position

As Training coordinator, you work closely with many stakeholders and target groups to support optimal training and increasing performance. You will be the anchor for standardizing, simplifying and optimizing of our training set-up and enable a robust and efficient onboarding in a period of rapid expansion. You will contribute with analysis, design and development of simple and effective training solutions to cover training needs and solve business problems while ensuring training compliance in the daily operations.

You support management in ensuring effective and efficient training within Aseptic Filling processes. You apply a fact-based, and data driven approach, and secure an up-to-date, simple and manageable setup of training and modules. You insist that learning solutions should always be kept simple, manageable, and engaging for end-users.

  • Use your training toolbox to help line of business develop effective training content and workflows that enhances human performance
  • Identify training needs and apply relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids
  • Engage with stakeholders from all parts of the organization
  • Use a data minded approach when assessing the challenges and evaluating the impact

All above will be performed in close collaboration with end-users, process experts, and managers.

Furthermore, you will join a network of skilled training professionals from across the company where you will share knowledge about best practices, and receive support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices in your area.


Qualifications

We expect from our training professionals to have:

  • A relevant academic degree within adult learning, organizational development, psychology or similar.
  • +2 years of experience with designing and implementing competence. development and in-depth knowledge of different training principals, as an engaging facilitator and teacher.
  • Good presentation skills and the ability to visualize content in an appropriate way.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate on all levels of the organization.
  • Experience from a GMP regulated industry is an advantage.
  • Full proficiency in English and Danish.

On a personal level you have a can-do attitude with a curious and pragmatic approach, so we expect that you are eager to learn. You thrive in an environment with many stakeholders where most of your time is spend together with line of business.

About the Department

The Aseptic Filling department is responsible for filling several of BRD's products on two completely modern filling lines. Both lines are isolator lines, located at class C. The production lines are not yet operational, with all teams working towards the commissioning and operation of the equipment, as well as other daily tasks.

Here we are app. 620 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities. Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly and pack. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We drive change by working actively with LEAN and always looking for improvements within our processes, but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible
