An opportunity has arisen for a Service Contract Administrator within our busy administration & support team to assist in the effective delivery of business of key support contracts and managed services. Reporting to the Head of Service, the role is to prepare, review, administer and track existing and renewing support contracts and associated third party services.
Service Contract Administration duties
- New contract set up including but not limited to the following;
- Contract creation within service management tool Autotask and finance package SAP by design
- Planned maintenance programme creation
- Compilation of client contract documentation
- Renewal of service contracts and associated agreements in line with contracts in scope of this role (see contract criteria)
- Liaison with internal and external account managers regarding pending renewals out of scope of this role
- Administration of 3rd party support agreements including invoice sign off
- Monthly reporting of contract status and financial forecasting to management team
- Response to client and inside stakeholder contract queries including those associated with terms of service
- Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise confidently at varying levels of authority, internally and externally
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Positive, pro-active, can-do attitude with flexible approach
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative to apply forward thinking mindset
- Advanced working knowledge of MS office applications
- Understanding of project/service delivery lifecycle methodologies and best working practices
Qualifications
- GCSE level C minimum in English and Mathematics
- Business Administration certification or equivalent, desirable
