Sales Manager [Turkey]


 

COLIFE is a real estate rental company operating under the coliving model and has been a leader in this field for more than 4 years. We provide apartments with modern design. Now more than 1,500 people in three countries use Colife’s services.

Our goal is to make decent housing in big cities affordable for young professionals and everyone who cherishes their time and surroundings.

Due to the company's expansion into international markets, Colife Turkey is looking for a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • show apartment located in different areas in Istanbul;
  • sign contracts with clients;
  • negotiate with clients;
  • identificate clients' needs and select optimal housing for them;
  • accept apartments after renovation;
  • participate in weekly meetings;
  • work in CRM;
  • additional assignments for the duration of the project development.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in sales;
  • knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to use them;
  • ability to work in a team;
  • English, Russian (B2+);
  • knowledge of Istanbul.
