Sales Executive [Qatar]


 

Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling coffee products to customers. They play a key role in driving sales, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:

  • Actively seek out and engage potential customers to promote coffee products.
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to communicate the unique features and benefits of the coffee products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales deals.
  • Continuously expand the customer base and identify new business opportunities.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Regularly follow up with customers to maintain ongoing relationships and secure repeat sales.

3. Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the coffee products, including their origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.
  • Educate customers on the different types of coffee available and help them choose the most suitable options based on their preferences.

4. Marketing and Promotions:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote coffee products.
  • Participate in events, trade shows, and demonstrations to showcase and sample the products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and product catalogs.

5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in a CRM system.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to share with the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Hold a Qatari driving license
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge and passion for coffee and coffee culture.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
