Job Description

  • Ensure financial reporting processes and quality are upheld in all countries.
  • Strengthen internal controls through policy implementation and audit remediation.
  • Spearheaded financial initiatives, process standardization, and system upgrades.
  • Improve working capital and cash flow through strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with tax and treasury departments to develop a comprehensive treasury strategy.
  • Manage budgeting and accounting for the regional office.
  • Evaluate M&A, joint ventures, and new business opportunities from a financial perspective.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting, and a qualified accountant.
  • 12-15 years of finance experience, including financial reporting, internal controls, and finance systems and processes.
  • SE Asia experience in a multinational company.
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
  • Experience in multi-country or multi-business unit finance is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across a diverse portfolio of countries.
  • Ability to develop financial controls and reporting capabilities across the organization.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with good knowledge of SAP.
