Ozar Wellness House (OWH) is looking to hire an Receptionist/Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team!
OWH is a wellness center in the heart of Century City that has a full gym, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, yoga, pilates, gyrotonic, and massage therapy.
As the face of our company, the successful candidate will be personable and friendly, with outstanding people skills. You will be responsible for delivering a superior patient experience through the administrative activities and operational duties of the organization.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a front desk position or customer service position.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills for answering phones, emails, and in-person correspondence with patients.
- Calendar management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, to work in a timely manner.
- Possess a strong inclination for follow through, to carry out tasks or actions to the end.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, especially DrChrono, is a plus but not required.
- Being passionate about Health & Wellness, and fitness or customer service/hospitality industry experience is a plus.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work in-office.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate working staggered shifts as office has expanded hours.
We are open to a part-time or full-time candidate, to work 30-40hrs/week.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
