Production employee [Netherlands]

 

As a Production employee you are involved in packing different kind of meat products on an assembly line. The warehouse is located in Best.

Your new job
The client offers a wide range of meat products, such as - cooked meat products, fresh meat preparations, minced meat and barbecue. In addition, there are various packing options.
You will work in a large warehouse in Best. Because you work with meat, the temperature in the warehouse is just about 5 degrees Celsius. The company provides warm clothing.
In the canteen you can use the refrigerators, ovens and soup & coffee machines. In addition, there is fresh fruit every day.
You work in 2 shifts, 38hours/week. Overtime is a regular occurrence during high season and you will be paid 100% for this hours.

Your average working day looks like this:

• you enter through the staff entrance where the team leaders are already waiting for you and your colleagues.
• in the changing room you put on a hair net, your white coat and safety shoes and disinfect your hands. You always put a hair net first, otherwise the hair could fall on the overall.
• your team leaders announce the daily schedule.
• you get to work with your team of the day.
• at the end of your working day you go home with a satisfied feeling.
