The opportunity:
This role is ideal for a recent Graduate who is curious of nature and wanting to develop a career in marketing. As Marketing Assistant at William Buck’s Melbourne office, you will be part of small Marketing team of experienced professionals who will mentor and guide you.
You will support the team with content creation for the firm, socials media posts, and hands on running of events. You will also drive internal engagement, work across our various staff committees (e.g. CSR, Social, Health & Wellbeing) ensuring meetings and events run smoothly.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinate firm activities at promotional forums, seminars, and external conferences
- Coordinate client functions, events, and webinars
- Drive firm culture, initiatives and encourage participation
- Digital marketing and content generation (videos, articles etc.)
- Implement and maintain programs, plans, policies, and procedures for all aspects of marketing
About you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different stakeholders
- Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail which ensures accuracy of information
- Ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines and work
- Tech savvy with social media knowledge and the ability to adopt new technologies
- Creative skills
- Able to support marketing activities outside of standard work hours
