Customer Service Officer 高級/客戶服務主任 - 高級商場($17-23k) [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing quality customer services in the mall.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints as well as to provide other complimentary services at the mall.
  • Support the loyalty programme operation, handle the membership related matters, manage the VIP concierge areas in organised ways.
  • Handle general paperwork.
  • Responsible for its inventory control and stock replenishment.


Requirements:

  • 1 year or above customer sevice experience in shopping malls, clubs or hotels is preffered.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English.
  • Must have good service attitude and communciation skills


主要職責:

  • 負責商場內提供優質客戶服務,如處理客戶查詢,泊車優惠換領,
  • 為會員提供禮品兌換查詢服務
  • 負責處理一般文書工作

入職條件:

  • 具1年或以上顧客服務經驗者
  • 具備商場客服,會所或酒店工作經驗者優先考慮
  • 能操流利廣東話及英語
  • 須具良好服務態度及溝通能力
