Job Description:
- Responsible for providing quality customer services in the mall.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints as well as to provide other complimentary services at the mall.
- Support the loyalty programme operation, handle the membership related matters, manage the VIP concierge areas in organised ways.
- Handle general paperwork.
- Responsible for its inventory control and stock replenishment.
Requirements:
- 1 year or above customer sevice experience in shopping malls, clubs or hotels is preffered.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English.
- Must have good service attitude and communciation skills
