The remuneration range for this role is $51,291 - $57,630 and is covered by the collective agreement: District Health Boards/PSA Clerical, Administrative and Related Employees Multi Employer Collective Agreement 01 March 2019 – 28 February 2022

The Clinical Records Department at Te Whatu Ora Tairāwhiti is searching for someone to join their friendly, hardworking team to help provide a high level of service to the wider organisation.

Moū - About you

This is an entry level clerical position within the hospital and we're looking for someone who has the following skills:

  • previous experience working within a large organisation
  • familiar with filing systems
  • well organised
  • accurate data entry skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills
  • enjoys going the extra mile for your customers

Whilst we're looking for someone with experience, we'd also love to hear from you if would like to begin your career in hospital administration at the grass roots; you should be able to demonstrate that you have a willingness to learn and that you are interested in a job that combines data entry and filing with some physical work.
