· Will be overall responsible for Catering services, Laundry, Housekeeping, Store Keeping, and Waste Management.
· To provide professional service to the customers / client in a safe and economic matter
· To ensure profitability and customer satisfaction of the overall project.
· Liaison with Clients, Operators representative Operation Manager and Deputy Manager Operation
· To supervise and monitor safety and hygiene standards of the site
· To monitor high levels and standard Food production, cleanliness, Customer satisfaction and ensure that staff Discipline is maintained at Village all the time
· All information suggestion and complaints regarding Food service, Housekeeping, Laundry and Food Dispatching is channeled through him
· Hold daily meeting with Laundry, Housekeeping, Production, Store, and Dining Managers
· Reports daily to Manager Operations/Deputy Manager Operations.
· Responsible for smooth and efficient running of all services at the Site.
· Responsible for the submission of all fortnightly and Monthly reports to base office

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
