DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. To assist in overseeing production of goods.
2. To assist in planning and directs production activities and established priorities in keeping the effective operations.
3. To assist in establishing enforce company policies and safety procedures for staff
4. To assist in supervising production staff and motivates and encourage workers to achieve maximum productivity.
5. To work with Operation Supervisor to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule.
6. To assist in investigating problems, analyze roots causes and define resolutions.
7. To assist in training new operators as well as cross train the existing operators in all the section of productions.
8. To ensure the final products meets quality standards and customer specifications.
9. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Operation Supervisor from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
