Some of the job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing verification of advances, overtime, loans, new hirings and promotions, other allowances and deductions and final audit of the payroll of the respective units and submission to the head office for finalization and disbursement.
- Performing General Ledger Reconciliation for Advance Salaries, Loans, Payroll Factory Staff Accrued and Others.
- Performing verification of the Group Production Incentive Scheme working received from the IE CU as per the Incentive Policy.
- Performing verification and processing of the Full & Final Settlements, Gratuity after taking into account the pay days, deductions, allowances and others.
- Ensure timely processing of the contractor bills after performing due verification and coordination with the payment team and Internal Audit Department.
- Performing WIP Reconciliation - Checking Group interunit quantity with each unit, CU Shipment, BL Shipment, PO Plan Update in reports and reconcile each unit and Job Order Closing Data.
- Managing Funds at respective units and ensuring sufficient cash available at Units every time for timely disbursements and raising timely fund requisition.
- Performing approval of the RCs.
- Preparation of utility report and analysis as per the instructions received from the Head Office finance team.
- Preparation of Monthly Entertainment expenses, Repair and Maintenance, Stores and Spares Summaries and performing analysis.
- Preparation of Financial annexures for monthly financial closings
- Any other task as per the directives of the Head Office Finance Team / Management.
Specifications:
BBA / ACCA / MBA
Experience 3 to 5 years
Preferable experience in the Manufacturing industry.
