Responsibilities
- Responsible for compiling and managing correspondences, meetings, presentation material and proposals
- Arrange schedules for daily business planner and coordinate with internal and external parties for meetings, appointments and travel plans
- Liaise with internal and external parties for business or personal matters
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Formal secretarial training qualifications, or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 5 – 8 years of relevant experiences preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin
- Good organization skills, able to work independently
- Familiar with MS Teams
- Immediate availability is preferred
