We are seeking a qualified Store Keeper with excellent knowledge of accounts and store management. The ideal candidate should be a degree holder with a willingness to travel to purchase products for the store. Excellent English communication skills are also required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Work Location is in Maldives.
- Maintaining inventory and ensuring that stock levels are sufficient
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing products and supplies
- Monitoring and tracking inventory movements
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for product procurement
- Handling all store-related documentation, such as invoices, receipts, and delivery notes
- Preparing reports on inventory levels, sales, and expenses
- Ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Managing the store budget and expenses
- Traveling to procure products for the store, as needed
- Ensuring compliance with safety and security policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of accounts and store management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel for product procurement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
