Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical)

Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Senior will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to meet the organization's talent requirements. The role will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and solutions that align with the organization's objectives and values. The Talent Acquisition Senior will also be responsible for building strong relationships with external recruitment partners and developing a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other innovative methods
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Manage the recruitment process for open positions, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and managing offer negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide support throughout the recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent pools
  • Abide to recruitment metrics to track and report on recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement to leadership
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the recruitment function by discussing with leadership possible improvement areas
  • Abide to the TA process and business cycle to ensure hiring the right talents along with ensuring the full cycle is met
  • Bring recruitment initiatives to the table
  • responsible and accountable for taking place in employer branding and employment fairs
  • Ensuring a proactive and clear coordination of the onboarding cycle (personnel, IT and payroll).


Qualifications:

  • Technical Recruitment background is preferable.
  • 2-3 Years of Experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
