As a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) at 360 Up, you will be responsible for: Produce a top-notch design for cross-platform applications by creating best-in-class UX and pixel-perfect UI. Design end-to-end simple and elegant user experiences through the product development life-cycle.
Work closely with the team to generate ideas, concepts, flows, and user journeys. Lead all design-related activities in your domains of expertise (Design sprints, workshops, brainstorming sessions, presentations, etc.) Validate solutions by conducting user testing sessions Act as an independent contributor by taking full ownership of the design in your domains Requirements: 3+ years working as a UX/UI Product Design a complex system/platform An analytical and visual mind with a hunger for learning and a desire to solve complex human problems with technology A passion for design, with an eye for detail and a good understanding of visual hierarchy and usability. In-depth knowledge of XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustration & Indesign. You’re a self-starter who can explore, develop and learn by yourself.
You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. Relevant academic experiences such as a degree in the field of visual communication or interactive design or equivalent.
