Sales Admin Staff [Philippines]


 

Job Description:

  • Monitors, consolidates all sales orders from the sales representatives (excel then transfers into ifms) and from ODSI
  • Coordinates with Dispatch and Logistics on the stock availability and delivery schedules respectively and gets back to the Sales Reps on these
  • Allocates stocks if and when there is shortage
  • Receives payments and deposits these to Bank of Makiling, ensure that these are tallied/reconciled accordingly
  • Currently received payments from employees for e-sale (which ideally should be moved to accounting/finance)
  • Prepares sales reports

Characteristics/skills needed:

  • Organized, patient, customer-oriented, great attention to detail, good communication skills, take charge/proactive, problem solver, resourceful, planner, not afraid to speak up, honest
  • Open to learn apps, systems etc
  • With at least 5 years of supervisory experience in Sales Operations
  • Graduate of Marketing or equivalent
