An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Personal Assistant to join the Ministry for the Environment Team.
Reporting to the Team Leader Executive Support, you will work as part of a Wellington-based team. As an administration expert, you will be called on for your advice, expertise and will proactively look for ways to improve processes and make things easy for your internal customers and team.

You will need to be flexible and adaptive to take ownership of a broad range of services including but not limited to:

  • Meeting and event management
  • Domestic travel bookings and co-ordination
  • Financial transaction support
  • Programme and project support
  • General administration tasks
  • Diary and email management
What we're looking for
We're looking for an enthusiastic, professional and customer driven individual to join our team. You will demonstrate outstanding customer service at all times through your positive and proactive approach. You will have strong relationship management skills, work collaboratively and enjoy meeting people and establishing networks. You will need to be a self-starter and be able to demonstrate using your initiative to provide exceptional support to the team and the wider Ministry. Having the right person is important to us – using your administrative and PA experience and your drive for results you will have the opportunity to really make a difference.

Whānuitanga Utu ā-Tau | Salary Range
Salary range for this role is $67,231 to $81,282 pa. Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
