- Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries (US international process)
- Take ownership on calls/Emails & ability to resolve customer complaints via phone, e-mail, or social media
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
- Warm calling to prospects
- Communicate and co-ordinate with internal teams
- Should have descent keyboard and mouse handling skills
