Guest Relations Manager

Your role as Guest Relations Manager is to generate and maintain good rapport with guests and potential partners with the aim to improve and develop what the Trader Vic’s offers clients regarding products, services and events etc. for the future. You will be responsible to:

· Coordinate table bookings with the supervisor and service teams

· Retrieve direct customer feedback on the quality of the company offerings

· Contribute ideas to the Manager for promotions and events based on guest feedback

· Develop and update an organized and detailed guest list

· Contact regular and/or VIP guests from time to time to maintain their relations with the company

· Invite the media, partners and sponsors to special events

· Identify and develop potential business partners for the venue

Minimum qualifications:

· With experience in Bar, Restaurant and Lounge venues

· Good communications skills

· Arabic is an advantage but not required

· Leadership skills

Guest Relations

Your role as Guest Relations is to be responsible for creating a welcoming, gracious and professional first impression to the guest. Guest Relations assist customers with reservation bookings and general inquiries. You will be responsible to:

  • Greet and acknowledge all guests coming into the restaurant in a friendly, professional and gracious manner.
  • Responsible for the suitable allocation of tables to guests as required.
  • Escort guests to their allocated table or to the bar.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of the restaurant and products available to the guest.
  • Update customer profile data on the client database as required.

Minimum qualifications:

· With experience in Bar, Restaurant and Lounge venues

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manama: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
