We are now looking for an Enterprise Sales Coordinator to join our B2B sales team. As an Enterprise Sales Coordinator you are responsible for accelerating Tesla’s post-delivery sales and active existing customer retention. You will focus on our B2B-customers, work across the entire customer journey, from order processing to delivery and after-sales services. Your main priority is to ensure smooth and seamless processes for our customers, through effective communication and engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Contact new Tesla company car drivers, strengthening the relationship and drive additional contacts within the customers company
• Oversee receiving and processing of Finnish B2B-orders
• Arrange test drive events for B2B customers
• Accelerate Tesla’s post-delivery sales and customers retention
• Actively partner with the Enterprise Lead to develop a cohesive strategy for the growth of B2B sales
  
• Continuously improve the processes and procedures to reduce operational friction
