The Affiliate Partnership Marketing Manager will play a critical role in growing and scaling a new Disney+ affiliate partnership business. Specific responsibilities will include developing and executing the strategy, building the partnership and optimizing campaigns and budgets. The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, creative and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough thinking for this partnership. This is a highly collaborative role which will work across the Disney business as well as high-profile external partners. The individual will have day-to-day responsibility for partnership marketing activities and will also be expected to work hand in glove with other Disney+ departments including synergy, performance, retention, PR, social and partnerships to help plan integrated strategies.
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion and efficiency via affiliate marketing programs

Manage overall program management for partnership:
- Lead daily relationships with partners
- Manage ongoing delivery of assets and creative approvals
- Oversee master trackers of global promotional activations across channels
- Create reports/presentations that effectively communicate the status and performance of partnerships to all levels of the organization
- Analyze performance insights to optimize partnerships and acquired customer insights to drive continued engagement and retention

Analyze consumer, competitive, and industry trends to understand the partnership landscape among entertainment and tech industries.
- Drive recruitment and business development efforts to identify and establish relationships with affiliates, including editorial publishers, affiliate networks, high-quality incentivized and loyalty programs, and brand partnerships
- Develop and execute strategy across the affiliate marketing ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams like brand, legal, and strategy for campaign approvals and coordination, as well as regional marketing teams for localization of campaigns and local affiliate recruitment if applicable
- Regularly analyze data and metrics to identify key opportunities to improve KPI performance, increase scale, and enhance the efficiency of marketing spend
- Develop robust test & learn plan to improve performance and marketing spend efficiencies, based on data & analytical insights
- Own direct relationships with affiliate partners and external vendors/agencies
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact campaigns and initiatives
- Drive innovation with partners to get them excited to promote our first-class streaming services and beloved content
- Day-to-day management of the partner’s media agency, building a strong and trusted partnership to ensure continued innovative and effective campaigns.
- Detailed campaign budget management, tracking purchase orders, managing vendors, and supporting the Snr Marketing Manager with quarterly financial planning.
The Experience We Require From You:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Business, or related fields
- Proven Marketing experience at a Marketing Supervisor/Junior Manager level
- Experience working within the Entertainment industry (TV, SVOD or Theatrical)
- Ability to formulate and manage high profile, end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Previous agency management experience
- Previous budget management experience
