Bali Jobs Recruitment is representing a high-end and well established restaurant group in Bali. They are currently seeking for Director of Human Resources to manage their multiple properties.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Min. 5-8 years of experience of management position in Human Resources for a medium-large scale brand or a cluster role.
- A demonstrated history of working in the restaurant is a plus!
- Well versed in the complexities of managing a dynamic lifestyle and entertainment brand.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other relevant fields.
- Has the ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
- Strong background in: Recruitment & Selection, Human Resources operations, Legal and Training Development.
- Experienced in managing expatriates legalities.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
