Your Challenge
Professional and independent verbal and written support for all day-to-day tasks- Preparation and follow-up of account openings for private and company accounts
- Handling and timely execution of payment instructions
- Preparing and follow-up of documentation for client meetings or business trips
- Pre- and post-processing of credit card requests
- Supporting in KYC and Compliance topics
- Independent processing of customer inquiries, complaints & general correspondence
- Timely execution of items recurrent task list (Outlook)
- E-banking hotline support
- Support during client meetings, e.g. assistance for account opening/ telephone correspondence with clients
- Monitoring of corporate actions, maturities, entering term deposits and loans and FX trades / Receipt and handling of security orders (via Avaloq)
- Handling of all AppWay tools: Update, Onboarding, Offboarding, Credit Application
- Assistance for special projects/tasks and client events
- If necessary: Covering the Client Welcome Desk
Your Profile
You are interested in a Client Service Expert position with a working time pensum of 100% until the end of December 2023 and a working time pensum of 50% from January until December 2024- You have completed a bank apprenticeship and at least three years of work experience as Private Banking Assistant or studies in the financial field
- You passed the MiFID II Certification (mandatory)
- You are self-organized, trustworthy and keep an overview even in stressful situations and flexible (as well regarding working hours - if required)
- You feature a friendly and customer-oriented way of service; you have a high sense of responsibility and you are able to set priorities
- Teamwork is just as important to you as it is to us
- You have profound knowledge in Private Banking Assistant tasks, in MS Office package (Word, Excel) and ideally also in the AppWay and Avaloq systems
- You have fluent written and spoken language skills in English. Swedish and/or knowledge of a Nordic language is regarded as an advantage.
