Greymate Care is Actively Recruiting to fill the role of an Administrative Officer in Lagos (Hybrid).

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for all Greymate Care employees, independent contractors and interns, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
  • Provide Administrative support across all levels of hierarchy within the company. - Prepare regular reports and organize company records with statistical data.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Book virtual meeting rooms as required.
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Schedule in-house and external events - Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of Diploma
  • Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role. -
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc). -
  • Experience with Teleconferencing software (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc). -
  • Experience with Task Management systems (Asana, Slack, Notion, etc). -
  • Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
