Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for all Greymate Care employees, independent contractors and interns, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
- Provide Administrative support across all levels of hierarchy within the company. - Prepare regular reports and organize company records with statistical data.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Book virtual meeting rooms as required.
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
- Schedule in-house and external events - Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Diploma
- Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role. -
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc). -
- Experience with Teleconferencing software (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc). -
- Experience with Task Management systems (Asana, Slack, Notion, etc). -
- Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.
